Part Time Teller (Bloomer)

Security Financial Bank (SFB) is seeking a part-time Teller to join our team at our Bloomer location.  SFB is a $415 million independent community bank with four locations in West Central Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with banking transactions and responding to a variety of customer questions.  

Previous cash handling experience is helpful but not required.  Flexibility of schedule is required with the typical work week for part time being 25 - 28 hours. Superior customer service and communication skills are essential. Lead Teller (Bloomer)

Security Financial Bank (SFB) is seeking a Lead Tellerto join our team in Bloomer, WI.  SFB is a $415 million independent community bank with four locations in West Central Wisconsin.

The primary role of this position will be performing typical teller duties in addition to providing guidance to tellers in solving problems/issues, conduct teller training, both ongoing and for new staff members, schedule work hours and breaks for Bloomer tellers and complete performance reviews for their staff.

This position may also function as a Universal Banker 1, with responsibilities of customer service such as assisting customers with account opening/closing and making changes on customer accounts as needed.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required as well as 1 to 3 years bank experience preferred.
