Part Time Teller (Bloomer)

Security Financial Bank (SFB) is seeking a part-time Teller to join our team at our Bloomer location.  SFB is a $415 million independent community bank with four locations in West Central Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with banking transactions and responding to a variety of customer questions. 

Previous cash handling experience is helpful but not required.  Flexibility of schedule is required with the typical work week for part time being 20-29 hours. Superior customer service and communication skills are essential.

Commercial/Ag Loan Processing Manager (Eau Claire)

Security Financial Bank (SFB) is seeking a Commercial/Ag Loan Processing Manager to join our team in Eau Claire.  SFB is a $415 million independent community bank with four locations in West Central Wisconsin.

Primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the Commercial and Ag loan processing duties, including assisting loan customers and preparing reports.  This position is expected to coach and develop loan processors with open communication, while keeping turnover within the department to a minimum. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills are required, as well as a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands in order to meet deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.  A high school diploma is required and associates degree in a business curriculum is desired.   A minimum of 3-5 years of experience business/ag loan processing preferred.  Previous supervisory/management experience is strongly desired.

Casual Part-time Teller (Bloomer)
