Mark Oldenberg

President & CEO

Mark Oldenberg has more than 25 years of experience in community banking including expertise in accounting, finance, marketing, compliance, audit, operations, human resources, and lending. 

Mark earned degrees in both finance and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and now serves as an Advisory Board member for UW-Eau Claire's College of Business. He currently serves as president of the Boys & Girls Club of the Chippewa Valley and also has served on the Board of the Boys & Girls Club in Wausau. 

Mark is married with three children and in his free time enjoys golfing and travel.

Bryan Gerlach

Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer, Bryan Gerlach is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering SFB's financial and accounting policies, procedures, and systems. Bryan is a certified public accountant and has more than 15 years of banking experience. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. In addition, Bryan has completed the Financial Managers School through the Graduate School of Banking and Succeeding as a Strategic CFO course through the Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Bryan serves as chair of the Audit Committee for the Chippewa Valley Council - Boy Scouts of America. He has served as Board treasurer for the Children's Museum of Eau Claire and is a former Board member for the YMCA of the Chippewa Valley. 

Andy Robertson

Chief Credit Officer

As chief credit officer, Andy Robertson is responsible for developing and implementing SFB's credit policies and procedures to ensure the overall credit quality of the loan portfolio. Additionally, he oversees credit administration and loan operation staff throughout SFB. 

Prior to joining SFB, Andy spent nine years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as a bank examiner. He also has an additional eight years of experience within the banking industry in Wisconsin and Colorado with positions in the lending and credit departments.

Andy earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from UW-Stout. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the America Red Cross of Wisconsin - Northwest Chapter.

Julie Sabelko

Chief Operations Officer

During her more than 30-year tenure at Security Financial Bank, Julie Sabelko served in multiple roles including director of quality control before being appointed chief operations officer. She oversees bank operations and ensures full integration with all risk management components. 

Julie is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and has completed the Wisconsin Bankers Association Loan Compliance School. Active in the community, Julie volunteers as secretary/treasurer of the Junior Achievement of Wisconsin - Durand Advisory Board.

Randy Yeast

Chief Technology Officer

As chief technology officer for SFB, Randy Yeast is responsible for the overall management and strategic vision of the bank's information technology, systems and business intelligence data management. 

Randy, who has been with SFB since 2015, has more than 18 years of experience in the IT field. He is a graduate of UW-Madison Graduate School of Banking and earned an associate's degree in computer information services from Chippewa Valley Technical College. In addition, Randy holds several certificates including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and the Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP). He is also a professional member of ISC2, ISACA, and is a FBI InfraGard program partner. 

Patty Chambers

Director of Human Resources

As director of human resources, Patty Chambers works closely with the Senior Management Team to foster bank culture and drive organizational change. She has an extensive understanding of human resources for financial institutions and has worked in various industries in both Texas and Minnesota before she returned to her roots in the Chippewa Valley.  

Patty attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and graduated with a degree in organizational communication. Since then, she has attained her Senior Professional Human Resources certification and is a Society of HR Management - Sr. Certified Professional. Patty serves on the Chippewa Valley Technical College's Business Advisory Board and enjoys country living south of Eau Claire with her husband and pets.

Jenny Jereczek

Director of Ag & Commercial Banking & Market President - Durand

From growing up on a dairy farm to currently raising a small herd of beef cattle, Jenny Jereczek has always been passionate about agriculture. As director of ag and commercial banking at SFB, Jenny uses that passion to help her clients succeed. She has expertise in several government lending programs, including Farm Service Agency (for which SFB is a Preferred Lender), SBA, WHEDA, and USDA programs, and is licensed to sell crop insurance including multi-peril crop, and crop-hail insurance.

Jenny received a bachelor's degree in business from UW-Stout. She is a graduate of both the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) Ag Lending and Commercial Lending schools and the Graduate School of Banking. Jenny is a member of WBA's Agricultural Bankers Section Board, serves as treasurer of Pepin County Dairy Promotion Committee and is a Board member for the Mississippi River Regional Planning Commission Business Capital Fund.

Becky Seelen

Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications

As director of marketing and corporate communications, Becky Seelen oversees all marketing and communication efforts for SFB including marketing strategy, media relations and community engagement. She has more than 25 years of experience in the marketing and communications field.

Becky earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from UW-Madison. She also attended the Graduate School of Banking for Sales and Marketing at UW-Madison.

Actively involved in the community, Becky volunteers for several organizations including the United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley, Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association, Immaculate Conception Parish, and Sojourner House.
