Jenny Jereczek

Director of Ag & Commercial Banking

From growing up on a dairy farm to currently raising a small herd of beef cattle, Jenny Jereczek has always been passionate about agriculture. As director of ag and commercial banking at SFB, Jenny uses that passion to help her clients succeed. She has expertise in several government lending programs, including Farm Service Agency (for which SFB is a Preferred Lender), SBA, WHEDA, and USDA programs, and is licensed to sell crop insurance including multi-peril crop, and crop-hail insurance.

Jenny received a bachelor's degree in business from UW-Stout. She is a graduate of both the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) Ag Lending and Commercial Lending schools and the Graduate School of Banking. Jenny is a member of WBA's Agricultural Bankers Section Board, serves as treasurer of Pepin County Dairy Promotion Committee and is a Board member for the Mississippi River Regional Planning Commission Business Capital Fund.

Cathy Asher

Market President - Durand, Senior Relationship Manager

Originally from Elmwood, WI, Cathy grew up on a small dairy farm and has been involved in agriculture her entire life. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in roles in education, federal farm programs, and lending. Her educational background includes a bachelor's degree in agricultural education and a master's degree in educational evaluation and research, both from UW-River Falls. She is a graduate of the WBA Ag Lending School and is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison. Active in the community, Cathy serves on the Durand-Arkansaw School Board as well as the Board of Directors for the United Way of the St. Croix and Red Cedar Valleys.

Cathy understands the challenges of the ag economy both personally and professionally and uses her diverse knowledge of the industry to help her clients succeed. She is experienced with government lending programs including Farm Service Agency direct and guaranteed loans, which SFB is a preferred lender. Her passion for the ag industry is evident in her purposeful approach to lending.

Duane Johnson

Market President - Black River Falls, Relationship Manager

With more than 30 years in the banking industry, Duane Johnson has extensive experience in financing large cash grain operations, cattle feedlots, dairy expansion projects and hog contract finishing barns. He received a degree in agricultural business administration from the University of Minnesota. 

Active in the community, Duane is a Board member for the Black River Falls Business Improvement District and serves as president of the Jackson County Dairy Promotions Committee. He is a member of Guardian Angels Parish and the Knights of Columbus.

Randy Ptacek

Market President - Ladysmith, Relationship Manager

Randy Ptacek has always been passionate about agriculture. Before his career in finance, he spent 17 years working for local ag cooperatives and gained valuable experience in production agriculture, sales agronomy, and both crop and farm financing. 

Now as an agricultural relationship manager at SFB, Randy uses that knowledge to help his clients succeed. He has experience in all areas of ag lending including expansions and farm transitions.

Randy earned a bachelor's degree in math and education from Mount Scenario College. He is a graduate of both the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) Lending School and the American Bankers Association (ABA) Agricultural Lending School. In addition, he received certifications in forage management, crop nutrients, and pest management in both corn and soybeans.

Active in the community, Randy is a youth basketball coach with City Hoops AAU program and volunteers for a variety of organizations including Northwestern Wisconsin Business Development Corporation, Northwest Regional Planning Commission, Rusk County 4-H and Rusk County Livestock. In his free time, he enjoys his hobby farm, following his daughters' sporting events, and participating with them in horse events and roping competitions at ranch rodeos throughout the Midwest.

Brad Sirianni

Relationship Manager

Brad Sirianni works out of SFB's Black River Falls office as part of our Ag Lending Team. Brad has a vast knowledge of farm analysis. He worked as a farm business production management instructor for a combined 16 years at Chippewa Valley Technical College and then Western Technical College before joining SFB.

Brad grew up in Cumberland, WI on a 50-cow dairy farm. Today, he is the owner/operator of Fede Farms, a crop farm in Whitehall, WI. Brad studied ag education at University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He also served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard.

Outside of work, Brad is involved with his church and the local farmer-led watershed group. He serves as secretary of the national Farm & Ranch Business Management Education Association and volunteers for many community activities.

Scott Sisko

Relationship Manager

With more than 34 years of financial institution experience, Scott has served as an agricultural, commercial, consumer, and mortgage lender in his career. He grew up on a dairy farm near Hawkins, WI and is a part-owner of the Sisko Family Farm. Scott graduated from UW-River Falls with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural education. 

Outside of work, Scott is an active volunteer with his church. He has been married to his wife Mary for 41 years and they have three children and four grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, gardening and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
