Jenny Jereczek

Director of Ag & Commercial Banking & Market President - Durand

From growing up on a dairy farm to currently raising a small herd of beef cattle, Jenny Jereczek has always been passionate about agriculture. As director of ag and commercial banking at SFB, Jenny uses that passion to help her clients succeed. She has expertise in several government lending programs, including Farm Service Agency (for which SFB is a Preferred Lender), SBA, WHEDA, and USDA programs, and is licensed to sell crop insurance including multi-peril crop, and crop-hail insurance.

Jenny received a bachelor's degree in business from UW-Stout. She is a graduate of both the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) Ag Lending and Commercial Lending schools and the Graduate School of Banking. Jenny is a member of WBA's Agricultural Bankers Section Board, serves as treasurer of Pepin County Dairy Promotion Committee and is a Board member for the Mississippi River Regional Planning Commission Business Capital Fund.

Jacob Bauer

Relationship Manager

As a relationship manager, Jacob Bauer assists in structuring deposit and loan products to meet the unique needs of his clients. He has experience with small business loans as well as  financing the purchase of existing businesses and real estate investments.

A Durand native, Jacob graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a degree in finance. In addition, he has attended numerous bank training programs, including Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) Fundamental of SBA 7(a) Lending, WBA Credit Analysis Boot Camp and WBA Commercial Lending School.

Jacob serves as a Big for Big Brothers Big Sisters and is an active member of the Young Professionals of the Chippewa Valley.

Kimberly Bunce

Relationship Manager

As a commercial relationship manager, Kimberly Bunce has special expertise assisting business clients in the insurance, medical and real estate industries. 

An Eau Claire native, Kimberly received an accounting degree from UW-Eau Claire and earned her CPA in 1990. She spent nine years as a practicing CPA gaining both tax and audit experience. In addition, she has almost 20 years of sales experience in the telecommunications, media and fitness industries. 

Kimberly is active in the Eau Claire community serving as an Ambassador for the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce and is a member of its Leadership Eau Claire Class of 2022. She is involved in the YMCA as a Board member, member of the Facilities Committee, and fitness instructor. In addition, she serves on the Chamber's Health & Wellness Committee.

Norb Christman

Market President - Ladysmith, Relationship Manager

Norb Christman serves as SFB's Ladysmith Market president. As a relationship manager, he has expertise in helping serve SFB's business clients in the logging, sawmill, manufacturing, trucking and transportation industries. 

Norb, who is a lifelong resident of Ladysmith, has more than 15 years of experience in commercial and agriculture lending. He earned finance and accounting degrees from Northwood Technical College, formerly known as Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC), as well as a Supervisory Leadership Certificate. 

Active in the community, Norb serves as treasurer of the Ladysmith Community Industrial Development Corporation and on the Northwood Technical College Financial Services Advisory Committee. He also is the clerk for the Rusk County Livestock Project Auction and a voting member of the Northwest Wisconsin Business Development Corporation.

Duane Johnson

Market President - Black River Falls, Relationship Manager

With more than 30 years in the banking industry, Duane Johnson has extensive experience in financing large cash grain operations, cattle feedlots, dairy expansion projects and hog contract finishing barns. He received a degree in agricultural business administration from the University of Minnesota. 

Active in the community, Johnson is a Board member for the Black River Falls Business Improvement District and serves as president of the Jackson County Dairy Promotions Committee. He is a member of Guardian Angels Parish and the Knights of Columbus.

John Lisowski

Market President - River Falls, Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

As a senior commercial relationship manager, John Lisowski has more than 30 years of banking experience, primarily with community banks. John uses his expertise to assist SFB business clients with commercial loans, working capital financing, and small business financing including a variety of Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. He specializes in business acquisition financing, succession financing and financing for insurance agencies.

John earned a degree from Ripon College. Active in the community, John has served on several nonprofit Board of Directors including the St. Croix Economic Development Corporation. He also served as president of two separate Lions Clubs as well as president of a local school board.

John has two daughters and twin grandsons. He enjoys outdoor recreation, including boating, fishing and golfing.

Krista Paulus

Relationship Manager

With more than 25 years of lending experience, Krista Paulus works with SFB clients to help find the best possible solution for their business needs utilizing all resources available.  She has expertise in commercial lending and both state and federal loan programs and guarantees.

Krista earned a bachelor's degree in business from UW-Madison and has successfully completed the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) Commercial Banking School. She has attended a wide variety of additional WBA courses and received a certificate in Community Development Finance from the University of New Hampshire.  

A graduate of Leadership River Falls, Krista is involved in several community organizations. She is a Board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NW Wisconsin and serves on its Bowl for Kids' Sake and Golf Outing committees. She is also an active Board member for the St Croix County  Economic Development Corporation and the New Richmond Community Development Committee. Krista also volunteers as an Ambassador for both the River Falls and New Richmond chambers of commerce and spearheaded a Women Mean Business Luncheon in River Falls.

Erik Strand

Relationship Manager

A graduate of UW-Eau Claire, Erik Strand has 20 years of experience in the banking industry, including working in both consumer and commercial banking. At SFB, he assists business clients with their lending and financial services needs.

Erik has served as the head coach for UW-Eau Claire's Women's Ice Hockey team since 2014 and has been recognized as the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Coach of the Year for Women's Hockey three times in the last six years.

Previously to leading the women's team in 2015, Erik served as the lead assistant coach for UW-Eau Claire's Men's Hockey program for eight seasons. In 2013, the team won a NCAA National Championship.
