SFB to Build New Corporate Office in Eau Claire!
Security Financial Bank (SFB) is excited to share big news—we're building a new corporate office in Eau Claire! This project represents a major investment in our community and reflects our ongoing commitment to serving you better.
A Space Designed for Growth and Service
The new 25,000-square-foot building will be located at 1610 Princeton Crossing, just off the Highway 53 Bypass. Along with modern office and meeting spaces, the new location will also feature a full-service bank branch (pending regulatory approval). This means even more convenient access for our customers in Eau Claire, Altoona, Chippewa Falls, and surrounding communities.
Construction is expected to begin early next year, with completion planned for Spring 2027.
Our Journey Together
SFB was founded in Durand in 1934 and has proudly served western Wisconsin for more than 90 years. Since opening our Eau Claire branch in 2009 and moving our corporate offices there in 2017, we've grown to more than $1 billion in assets-thanks to the trust and loyalty of customers like you.
Continuing Our Commitment
"As SFB continues to grow, it is important that we create a corporate office that reflects who we are as an organization and where we are headed," said Mark Oldenberg, president & CEO. "This new facility will not only provide space for growth and innovation but also reaffirm our dedication to Eau Claire and the communities we serve."
Even as we expand, we remain deeply committed to providing the personal, community-focused service you expect. Our existing Eau Claire branch at 4217 Southtowne Drive and locations in Alma Center, Black River Falls, Bloomer, Durand, Ladysmith, and River Falls will continue to serve customers.
Looking Ahead
With this investment, SFB is excited to carry forward our 90-year tradition of supporting families, businesses, and farmers across western Wisconsin-for generations to come. We look forward to keeping you updated as this exciting project progresses.
