SFB Corporate Office Construction Progress

Construction on Security Financial Bank's new corporate office is underway! As the building begins to take shape, we're proud to recognize the talented local vendors helping bring this project to life.

One of the first major developments has been the construction of the building's elevator shaft and stairwell. These structures serve as the backbone of the building.

Market & Johnson, headquartered in Eau Claire, is serving as the general contractor for the project. Since 1948, Market & Johnson has built a reputation for innovative construction solutions throughout the region, and we're proud to have them leading construction of our new office. Before much of the building can rise above ground, extensive work must take place below the surface.

Hooper Corporation, a Wisconsin-based electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractor, installed the underground plumbing systems that will support the building's day-to-day operations for years to come.

B&B Electric, a western Wisconsin electrical contractor, followed with the installation of underground electrical conduits, laying the infrastructure that will safely deliver power throughout the facility.

Eau Claire Energy Cooperative helped power the project by installing electrical service to the construction trailers, ensuring crews have the reliable electricity needed to safely and efficiently complete their work.

Every phase of construction brings us one step closer to opening our new corporate office in spring 2027. Stay tuned, the excitement is just beginning!
