Security Financial Bank (SFB) is proud to announce several internal promotions across the organization.

 Jenni Flottmeier has advanced to a commercial/ag loan processor II. With seven years of experience at SFB, Flottmeier brings valuable knowledge and skills to her new role.

Danielle Henderson has been promoted to the lead teller at our Black River Falls Motor Bank branch. With her experience as a teller at our Black River Falls Main Bank, Henderson is well prepared to take on this new opportunity.

Nicky Schmitt was promoted to human resources generalist and recruiter. Schmitt brings professionalism, diligence, and a commitment to supporting our employees every day.

Becky Seelen has been named our chief marketing and retail officer. After eight years as director of marketing and corporate communications, Seelen will now oversee all marketing and retail efforts.

Abby Swiecichowski now serves as a senior marketing specialist. On the Marketing Team at SFB for four years, Swiecichowski plays a key role in helping the brand shine through her creative and strategic marketing efforts.

Sharlae Vanis has been promoted to lead teller at our Bloomer branch. With her positive attitude and strong work ethic, Vanis is well prepared to take on this new opportunity.
