Shayna Reichert Promoted to Director of Mortgage Banking

Paul Rudersdorf, CEO and president of Security Financial Bank (SFB), is pleased to announce that Shayna Reichert has been promoted to director of mortgage banking for SFB. She is responsible for leading and managing SFB's mortgage lending program in order to provide the highest quality customer service to its mortgage loan clients.
Reichert, who has been with SFB for five years, previously served as mortgage banking manager. She has more than 13 years of banking experience including experience as a teller and personal banker before transitioning into mortgage lending.
"This promotion reflects the expertise and strong leadership Shayna provides our Mortgage Banking team," stated Paul Rudersdorf, SFB's CEO and president. "I have no doubt that she will continue to do great things for our organization, and we are pleased to have her join our Senior Management Team."
Reichert earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is active in the community serving as a director of the Realtors Association of Northwestern Wisconsin Foundation and a member of the Chippewa Valley Homebuilders Association.
